Abstract: THE CIVIL AERONAUTICS BOARD IS GRANTING WAIVERS FROM FILING THE PASSENGER ORIGIN AND DESTINATION SURVEY REPORT (FORM 2787) TO SMALL CERTIFICATED AIR CARRIERS THAT PROVIDE ONLY DOMESTIC SERVICE. THIS CHANGE IS ONE OF SEVERAL ACTIONS TAKEN TO REDUCE THE REPORTING BURDEN ON SMALL CERTIFICATED AIR CARRIERS.
