Abstract: NEW RULE ENABLES CAB TO MEET ITS OBLIGATION TO MONITOR CONTINUING FITNESS OF ALL CARGO-AIR CARRIERS THAT ARE NOT OPERATING. CARRIERS NOT STARTING SERVICE OR NOT OPERATING UNDER AUTHORITY FOR WHICH A FITNESS DETERMINATION HAS BEEN MADE FOR 2 YEARS AFTER FITNESS FINDING MUST RE-FILE DATA ABOUT THEIR FITNESS.
