ACT, A FIRM MAY ISSUE A GUARANTY OF COMPLIANCE WITH THE CLOTHING
TEXTILE AND VINYL PLASTIC STANDARDS TO PROVIDE THE PURCHASER WITH
CERTAIN LEGAL PROTECTION. WHEN SUCH A GUARANTY IS PROVIDED, THE
FIRM MUST PERFORM CERTAIN TESTS AND MAINTAIN THE RECORDS ON THESE
TESTS.
