Abstract: EEO-1 DATA ARE USED BY EEOC TO INVESTIGATE CHARGES OF DISCRIMINATION IN EMPLOYMENT AGAINST PRIVATE EMPLOYERS. DATA ARE SHARED WITH SEVERAL FEDERAL GOVERNMENT AGENCIES, PARTICULARLY THE OFFICE OF FEDERAL CONTRA COMPLIANCE PROGRAMS, U.S. DEPARTMENT OF LABOR.
