FLOOD INSURANCE PROGRAM SUBMIT AN ANNUAL REPORT ON PROGRESS MADE IN
LOCAL FLOOD PLAIN MANGEMENT. THE USE OF A SIMPLE, STANDARD FORMAT
FACILITATES FEMA'S REPORTING OF RESPONSES, THUS ENHANCING THE
REPORT'S VALUE AS A MANAGEMENT TOOL. AUTHORITY FOR THIS ACTION IS
GIVEN UNDER CFR, TITLE 44, CHAPTER 1, SUBCHAPTER B, PART
59.22.
