Abstract: THESE QUESTIONNAIRES ARE NEEDED IN ORDER TO PROPERLY ASSESS THE EFFECT OF REMOVING THE MANUFACTURING CLAUSE FROM THE COPYRIGHT LAW, AS REQUESTED BY THE COMMITTEE ON WAYS AND MEANS OF THE U.S. HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES. THE QUESTIONNAIRES WILL BE USED IN THE ASSESSMENT OF 1. THE EFFECT ON EMPLOYMENT, 2. THE EFFECT ON IMPORTS AND EXPORTS, AND 3. THE LONG-TERM EFFECT ON U.S. AND FOREIGN FIRMS.
