Abstract: TVA WILL MAKE LOANS TO CONSUMERS FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTAIN ELECTRICAL ENERGY CONSERVATION MEASURES. THE LOAN APPLICATION, CREDIT REFERENCE, AND TRADE REFERENCE FORMS WILL BE USED TO OBTAIN THE NECESSARY CREDIT INFORMATION NEEDED AS A BASIS FOR LOAN APPROVAL OR DENIAL.
