Abstract: COTTON STANDARDS AND COTTON STATISTICS AND ESTIMATES ACTS REQUIRES SECRETARY TO OVERSEE LICENSED COTTON SAMPLERS WHO PREPARE AND HANDLE COTTON SAMPLES FOR OFFICIAL USDA COTTON CLASSIFICATION. COTTON DIVISION FIELD REPRESENTATIVES CONTACT LICENSED GINS AND WAREHOUSES THREE TIMES YEARLY FOR SUCH SAMPLING INSPECTIONS. IN THE COURSE OF SUCH VISITS INFO ON LOC.
