Abstract: THESE DATA ARE NEEDED BY INDUSTRY AND GOVERNMENT ANALYSTS TO MONITOR THE EFFECT OF IMPORTS ON THE DOMESTIC APPAREL INDUSTRY. THE NUMEROUS BILATERAL AGREEMENTS IN EFFECT AND THE MULIFIBER ARRANGEMENT (MFA) LIM IMPORTS IF MARKET DISRUPTIONS OCCUR, AND THESE MONTHLY DATA ARE NEEDED TO DETERMINE IF THERE ARE MARKET DISRUPTIONS.
