Terms of Clearance: Approval subject to the following conditions: 1. BLM must review paperwork requirements in these Parts, establish a plan for submitting new and renewal clearance packages, and submit that plan to OMB by June 1, 1983. 2. Forms 3040-1, 3045-2, 3045-3, 4104-1, 3104-2, 3104-8 and 3106-4 are approved until October 31, 1983. Renewal is subject to combination of the forms or adequatee justification for continued separate forms. 3. Form 3110-3 is approved until August 8, 1983. This form should be combined and renewed with Form 3110-1 and with any similar forms. 4. Information collection in 43 CFR 3100.5 and 3100.5- are cleared until November 30, 1983. All reporting on acreage limitation should be combined and submitted with this renewal A representative sample of state or regional guidance materials must be submitted with clearance packages whenever such material exists.
