Abstract: THESE INFORMATION COLLECTION REQUIREMENTS ARE APPLICABLE DURING THE INITIAL REGULATORY PROGRAM. THEY ARE BASED ON THE STANDARDS REFERENCED IN SECTION 502(B) OF P.L. 95-87 AND ARE REQUIREMENTS THAT ARE NECESSARY TO MEET THOSE STANDARDS. OTHER STANDARDS IN SECTION 515(B) OF P.L. 95-87 WERE ALSO USED AS A GUIDE IN DEVELOPING THESE INFORMATION COLLECTION REQUIREMENTS. THESE INFORMATION COLLECTION REQUIREMENTS ARE USED BY OSM IN MEASURING THE PERFORMANCE.
