THE APPLICATION LETTERHEAD PLUS NOTICES RELATING TO OPERATIONS ARE USED BY ATF TO TRACE OPERATIONAL ACTIVITIES OF BONDED WINERIES AND TO ASCERTAIN THAT THE REVENUE IS NOT PLACED IN JEOPARDY.
