Abstract: U.S. CORPORATIONS THAT HAVE ELECTED TO BE TREATED AS DOMESTIC INTERNATIONAL SALES CORPORATIONS FILE FORM 1120-DISC TO REPORT THEIR INCOME AND DEDUCTIONS. DISCS ARE NOT TAXED, HOWEVER, SHAREHOLDERS OF A DISC ARE TAXED ON DISC INCOME.
