Abstract: THE FEDERAL HOUSING COMMISSIONER MAY APPROVE THE ASSIGNEMENT OF ANY MORTGAGE COVERING A ONE TO FOUR FAMILY RESIDENCE IF HE FINDS THAT THE DEFAULT WAS DUE TO CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND THE MORTGAGOS CONTROL. FORM HUD-2777, IS USED TO NOTIFY THE SECRETARY THAT THE APPROVED ASSIGNMENT HAS BEEN FILED FOR RECORD. FORM 2777A IS A DUPLICATE COPY FOR INTERNA DISTRIBUTOR AND FORM 2777B IS USED IN SUBMITTING FISCAL DATA IN SUPPOR OF THE CLAIM.
