Abstract: THE NPIP IS A VOLUNTARY STATE-FEDERAL PROGRAM FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF POULTRY BREEDING FLOCKS AND PRODUCTS THROUGH IMPROVED BREEDING AND DISEASE CONTROL TECHNIQUES. RECORDS MAINTAINED BY THE OFFICIAL STATE AGENCIES PROVIDE INFORMATION RELATIVE TO BREEDING FLOCKS IN THEIR RESPECTIVE STATES.
