Abstract: CURRENTLY THE CN LABELING PROGRAM IS ADMINISTERED BY FNS WITHOUT PUBLISHED GUIDELINES OR AUTHORIZATION STATED IN PROGRAM REGULATIONS. FNS INTENDS TO PUBLISH PROCEDURES AND POLICIES FOR THE CN LABELING PROGRAM IN THE FEDERAL REGISTER TO IMPROVE THE OVERALL EFFECTIVENESS AND ADMINISTRATION OF THE PROGRAM.
