Abstract: THIS INFORMATION IS NEEDED TO COLLECT INDUSTRY INPUTS CONCERNING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF AIR FORCE SYSTEM SAFETY PROGRAMS CONDUCTED PER MIL-STD-882. THE RESULTS WILL BE USED TO INITIATE NECESSARY CHANGES IN DIRECTIVES AND CONTRACT GUIDANCE. INCLUDES ALL MAJOR AIRCRAFT AND ENGI MANUFACTURERS. NONRECURRING, BEGINS UPON OMB APPROVAL, ENDS NLT DECEMB 1983.
