Abstract: WATERFOWL ARE HUNTED THROUGHOUT THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES. FOR EFFECTIVE MANAGEMENT AND TO PRECLUDE OVER-HARVEST, ANNUAL INFORMATION INFORMATION IS REQUIRED ON THE MAGNITUDE AND DISTRIBUTION OF THE WATERFOWL HARVEST. THE SUBJECT FORM IS USED TO OBTAIN NAMES AND ADDRESSES OF HUNTERS FROM WHOM THIS INFORMATION CAN BE OBTAINED.
