THIS RULE SETS FORTH ELIGIBILITY
REQUIREMENTS AND PROGRAM BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ELIGIBLE INDIANS WHO
APPLY FOR VOCATIONAL TRAINING SERVICES. THE INFORMATION COLLECTED
WILL BE USED TO DETERMINE APPLICANT'S ELIGIBILITY, AMOUNT OF FUNDS
NEEDED FOR APPLICANT TO BE TRAINED, TYPE OF TRAINING APPLICANT
WANTS, AND TO PREVENT FRAUD AND ABUSE OF THE TRAINING
PROGRAM.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
