Abstract: 12 C.F.R. PARA. 545.14 REQUIRES FEDERAL ASSOCIATIONS TO OBTAIN BOARD APPROVAL PRIOR TO THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A BRANCH OFFICE. A BRANCE OFFIC APPLICATION IS REVIEWED TO DETERMINE WHETHER THERE IS A BASIS FOR SUPERVISORY OBJECTION TO THE BRANCH AND WHETHER THE BRANCH PROPOSAL COMPLIES WITH REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS.
