Abstract: THIS INFORMATION IS NEEDED TO INVESTIGATE THE IMPACT OF THE IUC PROGRA AT THE NSF ON (A) THE PRINCIPAL INVESTIGATORS, (B) THEIR RESPECTIVE ORGANIZATIONS, AND (C) INDUSTRIAL INNOVATION.
