Abstract: CERTAIN INFORMATION IS NEEDED FROM PRODUCERS AT LOANMAKING IN ORDER TO DETERMINE ELIGIBILITY OF THE PRODUCER AND THE COMMODITY FOR PRICE SUPPORT. THE COTTON AND SEED COTTON LOAN REGULATIONS REQUIRE INFORMATION AND CERTAIN ACTIONS THE PRODUCER MUST TAKE TO COMPLY WITH PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS.
