Abstract: THESE REGULATIONS SET FORTH THE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS THAT COOPERATIVE MARKETING ASSOCIATIONS MARKETING WHEAT, FEED GRAINS, HONEY RICE, COTTON OR SOYBEANS MUST MEET IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN THESE AUTHORIZED PRICE SUPPORT PROGRAMS. IN MEETING THESE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS, THE COOPERATIVES ARE CONSISTENT WITH THE AIMS AND PURPOSES OF THE PRICE SUPPORT PROGRAMS.
