Abstract: FORM 3-1807 IS USED BY LICENSED BIRD BANDERS AND PROFESSIONAL WILDLIFE AGENCY PERSONNEL ON THE RECOVERY OF SERVICE BANDS AND MARKERS USED ON MAKRED BIRDS THAT WERE SHOT, FOUND DEAD, FOUND INJURED, FOREIGN RETRAPS, ETC. THE INFORMATION COLLECTED IS USED BY FEDERAL, STATE, AND PRIVATE CONVERVATION ORGANIZATIONS AND THE CANADIAN WILDLIFE SERVICE FOR THE PROPER MANAGEMENT OF MIGRATORY BIRDS IN NORTH AMERICA.
