Abstract: RESPONES WILL BE USED TO PREDICT THE LEVEL AND EXTENT OF PRIVATE INDUSTRY INTEREST IN PARTICIPATING IN A PROGRAM TO HIRE FEDERAL INMATES. THE INFORMATION COLLECTED AND CONCLUSIONS BASED THEREON WILL BE REPORTED TO CONGRESS, AND WILL SUPPORT RECOMMENDATIONS REGARDING TH LIKELIHOOD OF PRIVATE INDUSTRY EMPLOYING FEDERAL INMATES.
