Abstract: THIS FORM IS NECESSARY TO ESTABLISH THE EXPORT OF TOBACCO ARTICLES WITHOUT PAYMENT OF TAX. IT DESCRIBES THE SHIPMENT OF ARTICLES TO BE EXPORTED FOR DETERMINING TAX LIABILITY, AND PROVIDES EVIDENCE OF LAWFUL EXPORT. ALSO ESTABLISHES AND ACCOUNTING BASIS OF NONTAXPAID ARTICLES ON THE PERMITTEE'S PREMISES.
