Abstract: THIS DOCUMENT FACILITATES THE CLEARANCE OF PERSONS AND THEIR GOODS UPO ARRIVAL INTO THE CUSTOMS TERRITORY OF THE UNITED STATES, REQUIRING BASIC INFORMATION NECESSARY TO DETERMINE CUSTOMS EXEMPTION STATUS, IF ANY DUTIES AND TAXES ARE DUE AND FOR THE ENFORCEMENT OF CUSTOMS AND OTHER FEDERAL AGENCY LAWS AND REGULATIONS.
