Abstract: THE PROBLEM RESULUTION OFFICE AT THE CINCINNATI SERVICE CENTER PERIODICALLY REVIEWS A SAMPLE OF INCOMING CORRESPONDENCE. THIS CORRESPONDENCE IS THEN MONITORED UNTIL COMPLETION.
