Abstract: APPLICATION FORMS ARE REQUIRED ANNUALLY IN ORDER FOR THE APPLICANT TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PROGRAM. EDUCATIONAL SERVICE PROJECTS ARE DESIGNED TO IMPROVE EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR INDIAN CHILDREN. PROJECTS ARE DESIGNED TO PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL SERVICES THAT ARE NOT AVAILABLE IN SUFFICIENT QUANITY OR QUALITY.
