Abstract: PROVIDES DATA TO ESTIMATE ALL POTATOES HELD BY GROWERS, PROCESSORS AND DEALERS ESTIMATES CONTRIBUTE TO ORDERLY MARKETING OF POTATOES BY GROWERS AND HANDLERS. DATA ALSO PROVIDED TO ESTIMATE SHRINKAGE AND DUMPING DURING STORAGE SEASON. THIS ESTIMATE MEASURES THE KEEPING QUALITY OF POTATOES.
