Abstract: IN ACCORDANCE WITH 250.16 OF THE INTERIM FINAL REGULATIONS, THE POST CARD WILL GENERATE INFORMATION NECESSARY FOR PROVIDING PROCESSORS A LI OF RECIPIENT AGENCIES ELIGIBLE TO PURCHASE END PRODUCTS UNDER THE NCP SYSTEM. THE AGREEMENT, INFORMATION SHEET AND PERFORMANCE REPORT ARE NECESSARY TO ESTABLISH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE OPERATION OF TH NCP SYSTEM AND WILL BE USED TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH THE REGULATIONS AND THE AGREEMENT.
