THE WORK INJURY REPORT SURVEY PROGRAM
EXAMINES SELECTED TYPES OF WORK ACCIDENTS TO DEVELOP IN-DEPTH
INFORMATION BASED ON THE DATA NEEDS OF THE OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND
HEALTH ADMINISTRATION. THE SURVEYS ARE USED TO ASSIST IN THE
DEVELOPMENT OF SAFETY STANDARDS, COMPLIANCE STRATEGY, AND TRAINING
PROGRAMS.

the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
