Abstract: THIS INFORMATION IS BEING COLLECTED TO SATISFY, IN PART, USG OBLIGATIONS UNDER THE U.S.-CZECHOSLOVAKIAN CLAIMS SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT. UNDER ARTICLE II OF THIS AGREEMENT, THE USG OBLIGATED ITSELF TO PROMPTLY ASSIST THE CZECH GOVERNMENT IN THE RETURN OF PREVIOUSLY BLOCKED CZECH ASSETS. THE USG PROMISED TO PROVIDE CZECHOSLOVAKIA WITH CERTAIN INFORMATION RELATING TO THESE UNBLOCKED ASSETS.
