INSURE THAT THE FERC HAS TIMELY INFORMATION AVAILABLE WITH RESPECT
TO THE NATURAL GAS SUPPLY OUTLOOK FOR THE UPCOMING WINTER PERIOD
AND TO IDENTIFY POTENTIAL AREAS WHERE SHORTAGES OR SURPLUSES MAY
EXIST OR DEVELOP. DATA ARE PUBLISHED IN "IMPACT OF WINTER GAS
SUPPLIES FOR TWENTY-EIGHT PIPELINE COMPANIES."
