Abstract: THE CE-434 FORM IS A MONTHLY REPORT WHICH COLLECTS STATE-LEVEL DATA ON THE PROGRESS OF THE WEATHERIZATION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM. THE FORM COLLECTS INFORMATION ON EXPENDITURES AND OTHER FINANCIAL DATA, LABOR, NUMBER OF UNITS SERVICED, AND NUMBER OF PEOPLE ASSISTED. THE INFORMATION WILL BE USED BY DOE FOR MONITORING PURPOSES AND TO IMPROVE MANAGEMENT OF THE PROGRAM.
