Abstract: THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION IS CONDUCTING A CONGRESSIONALLY MANDATED STUDY OF AIRPORT DEFEDERALIZATION. AS PART OF THAT STUDY, THE VIEWS OF THEE 528 CERTIFICATED AIRPORTS ARE REQUIRED, AND WE PLAN TO OBTAIN THOSE VIEWS BY CIRCULATING A QUESTIONNAIRE.
