Abstract: NON-MEMBERS OKF THE INTERNATIONAL SUGAR AGREEMENT CURRENTLY HAVE NOT BEEN ALLOCATED A U.S. SUGAR QUOTA EVEN THOUGH SOME PRODUCE SPECIALTY SUGARS REQUIRED BY U.S. FIRMS. THESE REGULATIONS WOULD ALLOW THE IMPORT OF SUGARS TO BE SPECIALTY SUGARS.
