Abstract: FEDERAL MILK MARKETING ORDER REGULATIONS REQUIRE MILK HANDLERS TO REPO IN DETAIL THE RECEIPTS AND UTILIZATION OF MILK AND MILK PRODUCTS HANDLED AT EACH OF THEIR PLANTS WICH ARE REGULATED BY A FEDERAL ORDER.
