Terms of Clearance: This information collection contains the same questions about drug usage as the "Drug Statement for NROTC Application" (0703-0024). That information collection was recently approved for use through 5/31/84, pending documentation by the Department that those questions are not inconsistent with the Fifth Amendment. This approval is similarly contingent on the Department providing such documentation and, therefore, is valid until May 31, 1984 to provide opportunity for review of the Departments views.
