Abstract: THE FINAL RULEMAKING PROVIDES MINIMUM SITE SECURITY REQUIREMENTS FOKR ONSHORE FEDERAL AND INDIAN (EXCEPT OSAGE) OIL AND GAS LEASES IN ORDER TO REDUCE THE OPPORTUNITY FOR THEFT OF CRUDE OIL.
