Abstract: THE OFFICE IS AMENDING ITS POLICY STATEMENTS AND PROCEDURES CONCERNING THE RELOCATION OF A NATIONAL BANK HEAD OFFICE. THIS AMENDMENT IS NECESSARY TO INCORPORATE CHANGES MADE BY THE GARN-ST GERMAIN DEPOSITOR INSTITUTIONS ACT OF 1982. THIS RULEMAKING ELIMINATES UNNECESSARY PROCEDURAL REQUIREMENTS, INSTALLS THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE ACT, AND CLARIFIES OTHER REMAINING REQUIREMENTS.
