Abstract: THE SUBMISSION OF THE SPECIAL QUARTERLY STATUS REPORT IS IN PARTIAL FULFILLMENT OF THE STATUTORY REQUIREMENT UNDER SEC. 104(D) AND 113(B) OF THE HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACT OF 1974, AS AMENDED, P.L. 93-383, AND THE QUARTERLY REPORTING REQUIREMENT IN P.L. 98-8. THIS REPORT COLLECTS LIMITED INFORMATION ON THE FUNDS APPROPRIATED UNDER THE "JOBS BILL," PUBLIC LAW 98-8.
