HUD IS TO REMOVE ALL DIRECTI REGULATORY MATERIAL FROM THIS HANDBOOK AND INCORPORATE IT IN THEIR UPCOMING FAR SUPPLEMENT. THE REVISED HANDBOOK SHOULD INDICATE ITS RELATIONSHIP TO ALL OTHER HANDBOOKS FOR CONTRACTING. HUD IS TO SUBMIT THE REVISED HANDBOOK TO OMB PRIOR TO PUBLIC RELEASE. NOT LATER THAN OCTOBER 1, 1983 HUD WILL PROVIDE OMB WITH THE FOLLOWING: 1) A DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF HUD'S PROCESS FOR REVIEWING AND APPROVING THE USE OF THE AFOREMENTIONED COLLECTIONS OF INFORMATION, INCLUDING WRITTEN PROCEDURES, CRITERIA FOR REVIEW, DELEGATION AND LINES OF AUTHORITY. 2) A DETAILED ESTIMATE OF BURDEN.
