Abstract: THE NPRM CONTAINS THREE REGULATIONS WHICH CONTAIN RECORDKEEING REQUIREMENTS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN REVIEWED BY OMB. THEY CONCERN PACKER PURCHASES ON A CARCASS BASIS, RECORDS TO BE FURNISHED POULTRY GROWERS AND SELLERS AND INSTRUCTIONS FOR WEIGHING LIVESTOCK. THE REPORTS AND FORMS REQUIRED BY THE OTHER REGULATIONS HAVE BEEN APPROVED BY OMB.
