Abstract: CURRENTLY, BHPR DOES NOT HAVE UP-TO-DATE RELIABLE DATA ON LICENSED PRACTICAL/VOCATIONAL NURSES NEEDED TO PROJECT THE FUTURE SUPPLY OF NURSES AND TO ASSIST IN THE DEPARTMENT'S GOALS OF ALLEVIATING THE MALDISTRIBUTION OF NURSES. THE PROPOSED PROJECT WILL PROVIDE CURRENT AND DETAILED STATISTICS ON THE LICENSED PRACTICAL/VOCATIONAL NURSE POPULATION.
