Abstract: HCFA HAS AUTHORIZED THROUGH GPPP'S TO SECURE CERTAIN INFORMATION FOR THE SECRETARY. SECTION 1874 OF TITLE XVII OF SSA REQUIRES THESE ORGANIZATIONS BE PAID FOR PROVIDING THIS INFORMATION. THESE FORMS WIL BE USED TO MAKE PAYMENTS TO GPPP'S FOR THEIR SERVICES.
