Abstract: COPYRIGHT OWNERS WHO CHOOSE TO RECORD THEIR COPYRIGHTS WITH CUSTOMS FOR IMPORT PROTECTION MUST ESTABLISH THE VALIDITY OF THEIR COPYRIGHTS, PAY THE REQUIRED FEE, AND PROVIDE FACSIMILIES AND OTHER INFORMATION THAT WILL AID CUSTOMS OFFICERS IN IDENTIFYING PRIATICAL COPIES, SUCH AS THE COUNTRY OF MANUFACTURE OF GENUINE COPYRIGHT PROTECTED ARTICLES.
