Abstract: DOE FORM DP-733A CONTAINS INFORMATION NECESSARY FOR REPORTING OF INVENTORIES OF NUCLEAR MATERIALS, IN THE FORMAT REQUIRED FOR INPUT TO THE NUCLEAR MATERIALS MANAGEMENT AND SAFEGUARDS SYSTEMS. THE DP-733A SHALL BE USED IN LIEU OF DP-733 BY DOE FACILITIES SELECTED UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE U.S. IAEA AGREEMENT.
