Abstract: THE EPA-474-A/F ARE USED TO GATHER DATA FOR BPA TO DEMONSTRATE SOLAR DOMESTIC HOT WATER SYSTEMS AS A MEANS TO DISPLACE ELECTRIC ENERGY AND STIMULATE SOLAR ENERGY USE. THE PROGRAM WILL OFFER FINANCIAL INCENTIVES THROUGH BPA UTILITY CONSUMERS AS THE STRATEGY FOR IMPLEMENTING THE PROGRAM.
