Abstract: EPA PROPOSES TO CONDUCT A TELEPHONE SURVEY TO VERIFY ITS LISTS OF FIRM COLLECTING, PROCESSING, OR DISTRIBUTING USED OIL OR HAZARDOUS WASTE USED AS FUEL.
